SMSC

The FLK SMSC enables reliable sending and receiving of text messages so your customers can always count on their message getting through across multiple digital platforms. Messages are sent and received using the Store & Forward function between the mobile terminal and short message entity (SME).

MMSC

Commercial Mobile Alerts System

As an integral part of Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS), CMAS is an emergency alert messaging system that detects federal, state, tribal and local disaster and warnings such as Amber Alerts and other public safety warnings. CMAS requirements are in effect and mobile operators of all sizes are supporting the system on a voluntary basis.
